Good day I attempted to purchase a ticket from ho chi minh to Phnom Penh on October 1st to travel the 2nd. I attempted to purchase multiple times but everyoltime I tried my payment was rejected. I saw the next morning I had been charged for 3 tickets

We were fully unsatisfied with this trip. We left 15 minutes late and arrived 1 hour late. People in the bus were not respectful, listening to music very loud, answering to phone calls watching videos with no earphones. Multiple stops annoying,child vomit

The AC is not work in good condition its hot and no curtaine at mirror side of the i travel 11pm arrived at vietnam long phoung bus office around 9 pl they we just arrived at 6 pm very wrong info
