Overall, pretty good. Bus arrived at office 30 mins late, but staff were friendly and apologetic. One guy in particular was very helpful, helping with bags and cleaning the inside/outside of van. Van was a bit crampt inside. Driver drove pretty carefully.

Driver_route, Phnom Penh-Battambang (leaving at 7:45 on 28th March 2023) was so bad. He made a phone call since Phnom Penh till Battambang. His driving is unsafe (so fast but not carefully (using phone). I talked to hime 2 two times but he was not heard
