I use Saly VIP Van 1 year already and I loved it but now I get several bad experiences. I booked VIP 15 seat but 25 seat bus instead. waste time !! Bye Saly

When we purchased the ticket it clearly stated Bangkok arrival would be at Mo Chit bus station. That is wrong. The arrival was at DD. This created a problem for us and needs to be fixed!

I booked 7:30am of car and was told to change to 7am one which was fine. But the time to arrive Phnom Penh was not earlier as a result, instead we arrived like 5pm+ when the schedule was supposed to be 2:50pm. Also, no proper places to store luggage.
