It is the passengers' responsibility to ensure early or on-time arrival at the boarding station. Missed schedules will not be eligible for refunds.
Infants under the age of 3 are not required to have tickets. They must be accompanied by an adult and sit on their lap. Children aged 3 and above must purchase their own seats at the full price.
Passengers can choose their preferred seats and purchase real-time tickets through the VET Air Bus mobile app or website.
Passengers are allowed a maximum of 25kg of checked baggage and one carry-on item. Additional charges will apply for overweight baggage, based on the local delivery fee.
Items such as strong-smelling food (e.g., durian), pets, firearms, narcotics, smuggled or illegal products, and other dangerous or flammable/explosive items are strictly prohibited from being brought onboard.
Passengers are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings and valuables. VET Air Bus will not be held liable for any loss or damage to personal items.
Purchased tickets are non-refundable but can be used as a coupon for future trips. Coupon refunds can be processed up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Please arrive at the boarding station at least 30 minutes in advance so that Inspector team can verify whether customer visa or passport is in order for border processing. This precaution is to prevent any issues that might prevent customers from crossing the border due to visa or passport problems.
From Cambodia to Thailand or Thailand to Cambodia the trip are indirect so every passenger will transfer to VAN or BUS at the border.
Travelers must have: Valid Passport (and Visa)and other required documents. No refund shall be made if travelers are not allowed to enter Thailand/Vietnam because of lacking any documents.
It's Traveler's responsibility to do immigrant procedures at the border checkpoints, however, Go Ho Travel would give you such necessary assistance.

This is information for travelers who are traveling Cambodia to Laos or Bangkok. The border is known as "Tropaeng Kreil Checkpoint (Cambodia) & Nong Nok Khiene Landport (Laos) and Poipet (Cambodia) & Aranyaprathet (Thailand)".It's possible that SLR Transport changed the Bus/Minivan at the border or another bus check point.
Passengers must initially apply for an e-visa for the nationality required, while they may alternatively apply for a visa upon arrival. SLR will assist regarding on this. However, we recommend that passenger apply for an e-visa prior before starting on your journey to avoid any problems at the border. If there is an issue while crossing the border, it is the responsibility of the travelers.
