Departure 15 min late but all passengers boarded on time. 4 unnecessary stops to pick up passangers to fill bus - drop off of this passengers before final stop in Phnom Penh. We arrived ONE hour after planned schedule and can not recommend this company.

Booked online about 8 months before my trip. Was a bit worried when my trip came up would it all still be ok. Highly recommend Bookmebus to any traveller I had 3 bookings on my trip with them all of them flawless. Got my trip exactly how I ordered it

Minivan was supposed to leave at 11am but left after 11:30am and arrived in PP by 3pm, so 1 hour late after the time displayed on Bookmebus (11am SHK - 2pm PP). This delay was not due to traffic because all roads were quite empty. Untrustworthy company.

I book our tickets 1 month ago and send 2 emails to make sure they book our boat ticket and I specified wich company we needed to reach a specific Island of the island. But as expected, they didn't booked anything and the boat was full. Worst company.
