When I arrived at the border, I had to wait 2 hours for the minivan to go to Pattaya. Other than long wait, the driver took many breaks on the road and the road was quite bumpy.

I booked front seat but I was asked to sit at the back for whole trip which was uncomfortable

Arrived at pick up point, our taxi driver was helping us, sign outside a restaurant the guy was helpful got us in a people carrier to the border. Immigration 2 hours, then your tag will get you on a bus, Bankok somewhere! have Grab & Thai Bhat not luxury

Transport was allright but drop off point was far different then location on your web sites. You should check and fix that…
