-delay of departure from 10min -broken bus after 60km -waiting for another car 1,5h -transfer to next bus 60km, when 12 people were in 7 seated MPV car!!! -arrive time to Bangkok has to be at 5pm,we arrived at 11pm! - no discount,full price payed
