They are not only 30 minutes late to fetch us and change my booking of 12pax mini van to 2 cars which only can fix 8pax. Finally we need to negotiation with the driver to add 1 more car with addition cost of US$2 (from mini van US$22 to 3 cars US$ 24)

Car was 45' late, driver did not speak a word of English, he stopped on the way to chat, he kept turning AC off, harshly complained that our hotel was far away. I would pay much more to avoid thus experience again!

We were very satisfied with the Taxi Trip, everything was fine. We can realy recommend this service.

Overall it was fine, we got from hotel to hotel with limited fuss. The issues I wasn’t pleased with were the amount of time the driver spent on the phone, taking calls and texting and the 30-40 minute stop we had when my partner and I just wanted to leave

We left a passport in the driver’s car and he came back so we could look!!!!! Literally so amazing of him. It was hard because we didn’t understand each other but so so nice of him! The drive was great too!
