The booking was easy. Driver was on time at the airport. However, instead of 5 hours, the trip to Siem Reap took 6 hours & 15 minutes. This should be given duration as normal length of trip (due to road & traffic conditions). Driver didn't speak English🙁

The SUV's condition is lower than I expected (expected according to the website's descriptions), and there was an unpleasant fishy smell. The driver is excellent. He's a very polite person and a careful driver.
