The driver was driving like the bus was stolen, a very unpleasant yrip. This driver should never be alowedto drive a bus anymore, ever!! There were no information given. Not even at the border

Did not get on the bus even though I had booked it online because I did not receive a confirmation email to say that it had been booked. Very poor service.
