The bus was clean and I felt safe during the whole trip. However, the bus departed late because passengers couldn't find their seats. Some seat no on tickets didn't exist. Lunch wasn't correctly arranged. No staff servicing like when we came from PP-BKK.

Very good company and very good trip from Phnom Penh to Sihanoukville. Staff is very kind. AC is too high so take a jacket with you.

First time travelling to Siem Reap by bus and was very pleased with the service comfort and professionalism by all involved ..
