go in early told to sit down, then when we sit down no one is telling us the bus is almost going if we did not asked, the bus will leave us already

The was an amazing experience on this luxury bus. We were greeted with all smiles and professionalism and kindness throughout our journey. I would love to travel with them again soon. Great job and a wonderful trip.
It was freezing... you should change that ! Nobody likes aircon like that and you spend mire energy...
The trip in itself was fine but seat 22 should be removed from the booking options. It's facing the toilet, doesn't have a screen, arm rests nor a pouch to hold drinks and other stuff. The staff on the bus was surprised when they realized I had booked it.
