This bus never left. I was called less than an hour before to be told it was cancelled. Rude staff, difficult to deal with - I ended up rejecting all of their alternative options and booked myself with another bus company across the road. Avoid!

The driver is really rude. The van is old and not comfortable.

Driver drive car with different road and car old, I was go out from Phnom Penh at 1:30pm but arrive Kampot on 8pm. He have many stuff to put many place. Make the trip arrive point too late.

Ok company. Bus old. But why say that from PP-Kampot 3,5 Hrs? Trip always take minimum 5Hrs. This problem is not only with Vibol, its with all company. Some even say 3Hrs but ALWAYS take abot 5.
