Would not recommend the transportation company. Very bad experience with staff, lack of organization, and not supportive at all.

Bad trip. Ferry does not go to the dock shown on the map on website and confirmation email. Had to pay for tuktuk on the island to get to our beach hotel. Also luggage issues at departure office. Ferry late also.

It would have been really nice to have a plan on the boat, showing which resorts you find at which stop. The office staff in Sihanoukville were very sweet and helpful.

Departed on time, staff helpful. Life jackets in better condition, less mold than Buva Sea's. Cost OK for day trips. SHV Port has always been unkept and chaotic—no details on pier names, clean WC, AC/proper lounge. Song Saa/Royal Sands better options
