I booked seat 3 and 4 but ended up getting a 6 and 7 without any explanation in advance from the booking company.

I bought a ticket for 9:30pm. Went very early and was told that my bus was canceled and I could go at 9pm. If I didn’t go so early I wouldn’t have a bus. They didn’t notify me because didn’t have my contact, so the trouble could be with the BookMeBus.
