Rude and bad service. If english is a second language then learn harder. Stars often had no reply or I don't know. In customer sales/ services you ask for help from more experience driver especially at night risk all our lives to make up time .

Good service

If you are a western man of average height, your legs will not fit at all. The bus arrived very late. This stuff is to be expected but my 2 stars is an accurate representation of how uncomfortable you will be. Air con was alright.

generally this company is doing ok. van leaves 5 minutes late. booked a trip to Poipet but they ask passengers to change to a taxi from Svay Sisophon which was unexpected.
