Agency completely ignored our booking and bus left 10 minutes earlier without informing. Then proceeds to struggle finding the next bus back. no organization, no communication. avoid at all cost

Our ferry was extremely delayed meaning we arrived at the pickup point a few minutes after departure. The staff took us on their mopeds to meet up and get on the bus. Thank you so much!

Reckless drivers in both Cambodia and Vietnam. Had my heart in my throat. No/different information about change of buses. Staff not being able to communicate and seeming annoyed by the passengers. Waiting in border crossing. No information

3 hours to late, bus was realy slow and stoppend a lot. No leg Space and no room what so ever in the bus. Would not reccoment

The seat number was totally ignored. Booking from online or via phone calls makes no difference. Driver picked up other customers who don't book the ticket along the way. They just pay the driver.

Delayed 1.5hrs late to arrive to pick up point

arrived Champi station @4:25pm as Van plans to leave @4:30pm, they said it leave @4:40pm. @4:50pm, they asked me to get on dirty Van from PP & dropped me @station in town. i was handed to other van that wait for customers. new van leave around 6pm to pp.
