The driver was a reckless driver, he was honking the horn the whole of the three hour drive, some times for no apparent reason. This made it impossible to relax or sleep during the drive, it was stressful to say the least.

I wanted to change time from dep 12.30 to 10.30 but you didnt accept that so I had to buy a new ticket for departing 10.30 at the bus station (9 USD more). That wasnt good you should be more flexible to the client when he/she wants to change the ticket

The driver tried his best to get us back as quickly as possible since there was a lot of traffic on the road with people returning from the long weekend. He is very skilled but might need a bit of anger management strategy.

Too many stops to collect other passengers on the way. I understand that you want to fill up the van but maybe have a fixed location others can assemble to be picked up rather than stopping so many times on the way.
