Seat choosing through online and real seat on van is not matched. Both way is being provided new seat while at check in at with van company.

The driver was so rude and argued back to the customers and always talked on the phone while driving. Also he stopped the bus many times to take passengers along the road and over speeded sometimes that make passengers feel like car sick.

The departure is on time, bus clean and helpful driver. one thing that you should improve is passenger waiting room(Sihanoukville), it is really hot while waiting the late passenger.

Good! Toyota van was comfortable and with air condition. We had one stop in the middle. For those who are afraid of driving - it's Asia guys. Better get used to :) Those people knows how to drive. Even if there is no rules :)

I booked the return journey with bayon as my outward journey was great. The bus arrived late, there was already people in our seats booked, the driver was really rude and unhelpful. There was also no WiFi on the bus in which was advertised! Not great!

Really good service. Stopped for bathroom and lunch! Made a long journey enjoyable. Have just booked my return bus!
