Bus departed on time, but due to terrible road conditions and sheer volume of traffic, trip took 2.5 hours longer than displayed on ticket. Driver drove really well under the circumstances, taking no unnecessary risks.

Advertised travel time is 3 hours. Google maps showed 5 hours. It took roughly 4.5 hours inclusive of the stops. Would be nice if advertised times were closer to fact. NB: Bus does not leave from office but from Siem reap bus station. Almost missed it.
