Wifi password didn‘t work. Bus was about half an hour late. Nevertheless a good driver and good seats. Hab enough space with my 192cm

Took us just over 6 hours to get from PP to Battam bang. Only downside was the lack of information. Once we left PP we had no information from the driver

So so poor

So late. 2:30pm become 3:45pm. Many time to pickup customer.

Worst service ever! The trip was supposed to take 4h but took 5,5h, which almost made us miss our boat. We told the driver already at start about the boat, but he couldn’t have cared less. The bus itself was disgusting, with beetles crawling around.

Does (sort of) what it says on the tin. Definetly are not a company that cares about customer service but we arrived safely - all be it an hour late as the driver picks up locals on the way. If you don’t mind travelling in style and can be late then use

The Wi-Fi wasn’t connecting but the bus wasn’t full and we made up some extra time. Could do for a shorter bathroom break between the two stops. Driver was very friendly, gave water before the start, and the seats declined. Good air conditioning.

Overloaded with both people and baggage. Was informer about that traffic could cause some delays, but we arrived 2,5 h later than estimated. No information was given by the driver.
