Disastrous! Not safe for tourist. The bus had a breakdown and we had to take another bus and pay extra charges. We want at least a refund. For the tourist never use this bus. U can find other buses with better accommodation at the same rate.

Despite arriving before the departure time, we were told we were late and had to wait an hour for the next bus. That bus was also late to arrive. Good food stop though.

Drivers keep picking passengers and sitting them on the hall , makes it uncomfortable and very dangerous in case of emergency

The bus arrived very late at night in Phnom Penh and the total length of travel was 10 hours, not 6. Also, the bus driver wasn’t good and we had to get out of the bus after it broke down. It was bus “3A-4087”. I would like to get a refund for my trip!

Let's call this a picturesque trip. Not my first time with Khai Nam: cheap, punctual, honest and kind staff. That time the bus was very crowded, with a fragrant stock of coffee occupying the back of the bus. Passengers sleeping on it. Poor aircon. Funny..
