Mishap with reservation but managed to board another bus. Beds are comfy andnride was smooth. Arrived on time in PP next day.

If I would suggest, Please provide a van ticket for the passenger (should it be from Laryta or from Bookmebus?), even we have an e-ticket shown in the app of booking.com but we need the original document to prove for Admin & Finance.
