Check-in was easy and seating was comfortable. Driver should have been more clear about break times, we had to wait 15 minutes for a passenger who was "stuck" in the bathroom at a rest area. The bus lacked AC and WiFi, two things I was expecting.

The estimated duration online stated 4 hours: the trip in fact took us 7 hours!

We departed 6 minutes late and arrived two hours late. The new mini van is in a good condition but the AC wasn't cool enough. I will think twice next time if I need to take this VIP van.
