Even though, I had a slight problem with my booking regarding the departure schedule, that issue had been resolved smoothly between BookMeBus and the bus company.

Most comfortable van I've used. Highly recommended but the van always arrives at destination about an hour later than expected cos the driver picks people up along the way

The driver was good, and the stop was also clean and nice. However, the stop was a bit long.

The car is old and the facilities are broken. The air conditioner and ventilation system don't work, everyone in the car sweat like hell. The company should really check on this.

Driver drove so fast we were scared - in fact, we arrived 45 minutes ahead of schedule with 2 stops. VIP bus nice but crowded and not much space for luggage.

Very disappointing. Bus was 1.5hr late, staff at the Siem Reap office were extremely rude. The bus ride itself was terrible - four passengers were squished onto three seats which was unsafe (no seatbelts) and uncomfortable. Would NOT recommend.

We took a Larryta minibus from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap. The driver was professional and followed road safety rules (what a surprise in Cambodia :-) ). The minibus did 2 stops on the way and arrived in time. The bus was clean and new.
