The bus was not really luxurious , it was only 4 passengers but driver stopped along the road to pick up locals , which is supposedly not allowed with this bus company. Driver was driving at a safe speed and we arrived before estimated arrival time.

The tuk tuk driver collected us from the hotel promptly and was a good safe driver. Bus station check in was smooth and the bus was on time. The driver was careful and the stops were fantastic! We arrived safely in Siem Reap slightly ahead of schedule.

Excellent service and comfortable seats. There were a few movies playing throughout the trip, but the volume was not too loud and easily ignored.

Great trip with PSD express, we had a tyre puncture but the driver and attendant got us underway again as quick as possible. Great service!

Started on time, good bus, bad driver.

We were promised pickup service by the company and waited until past nine (departure 9:30) but they never came so we had to arrange that by our self adding a cost. The seating area was really small, i felt chaustrifibic. Otherwise good.
