There was no bus at 6:30pm. The travel agent put the wrong time on the website and I booked it. And I had to wait at the office. Luckily, the staff was helpful as they booked me in another hotel bus but it wasn't comfortable.

Van was very comfortable. Driver stopped at a pit stop for a quick 30-min break. Arrived earlier than designated time.

I booked 10.30am and the bus ready to go at 10am. Very punctual! The driver drove fast, reached 5 hours from PP to SR. Aircon doesnt work and all of us very hot until need to open window to get fresh air

- Staff is good help and be cheerful. - Staff at bus terminal should can speak english.

Car drives very fast and this company not accommodation with the customer.

Booked seat 2 and 3, got 11 and 12 without confirm.

There duplicated tickets(same seat/bed). So, I exchange seat for a lady passenger.

Good service, extremely puntually!! Fast and safety. But at dinner too fast (we ordered but don't have time to eat....)

Awesome sleeping night bus. Driving is slow and safe for the sleepers. Seila night bus highly recommended.
