The bus left 30 minutes late. Everybody was inside waiting for the bus to leave. We made too many stops and came late as well. Won't use this company again.

Time that u set not the same as the time traveling! Company write Leave at 6.30AM , but in fact leave nearly 8AM, company write arrive at 12.30pm but in fact arrive nearly 6pm ! The driver always stop to get another customers by the road ! Make me late..

When I get into ticket boost to collect, staff seem unfriendly and keep asking me Bookme and bookme while I did not understand their shortcuts. Punctuality and mess up during driving. Driver kept stop many place for his own pocket to collect other clients

I booked for 12:15pm but they departure at 1:15pm, wasting my time on the bus for an hour.

Bus was advertised as taking 7.5 hours but it took 14 hours to reach Banteay Meanchey. Driver was aggressive and shouted at other drivers. AC stopped working and had to move to a different bus.
