The temperature in the van was so cold that I lost feeling in my fingers. It was supposed to be a 4 hour trip and it was closer to 6 or 6.5 hours. If I could give negative stars I would.

Instead of 4 hours, as advertised it took 5:45. Avoiding highways, searching and waiting for pasangers till totaly full for a cost of half hour waiting for one pasanger.

why driving on highway? the update with add 4h ហេតុអីជាក់ស្តែង ៦ម៉ោង ?

sorry to said this but the first and also the last time that I ride this bus.

Was picked up 45 minutes late then arrived in Phnom Penh 1.5 hours late, making me miss my next ride. Bus old and in poor shape. Drivers were nice and drove well but other than that would not recommend.
