I was waiting for next bus at the Poipet for 4 hours because of miscommunication problem between Cambodian driver and Thai bus company. So i arrive Bangkok at 2:30am. But the driver drop me so far location from my destination. Please dont use it!!!

Problem with the van and the driver sometimes made phone and video calls without using headsets.

The staff didnt realize that i have booked online , they didnt allow to the van and pending me to the next time —— LOW CUSTOMER SERVICES

Damn! I booked 7 seats, upon arrive at bus station, the staff said There is no bus for me. They said Bookmebus does not send confirmation to them. I needed to wait 3 hours for endorsement and we take separately bus.

The departure was delay nearly 1 hour
