Booked a private taxi from PP to Battambang at 7 am. We stood at pickup address 15 mins early as advised. Driver wasn't there at 7 so we texted the number. Driver showed up 55 minutes late. Then stopped for breakfast 2 hours later. Would never use again.

Exactly as offered. Driver waiting at time arranged and comfortable vehicle. Excellent choice.

Driver was punctual and made good time but turned up with no car seats. Apparently they don’t have them so it is misleading and questionable for bookmebus to offer them as it falsely markets a product they don’t have.

He was at the wrong pickup point so we got away late. The trip ended up being seven hours not four. No music limited English and he spent majority of the drive on his phone talking loudly so even sleep was not possible.

Drivers were excellent. We felt very safe. And the drivers were on time. Well done! We will use your services again.

Service is globally good and professional. We had 2 drivers. Not far from our destination, the car got a technical issue. They were really reactive to find us another car. Nevertheless I feel that the driving is a bit too fast compared to car conditions.
