We did a night trip, and the driver was a beginner in driving, so we were forced to let one of us drive in his place because we were afraid of the way he drove

Taxi was delayed by an hour due to original car having broken down, I had to contact to get the info we needed, however our new driver arrived very quickly and was lovely, he probably made up some of the time on the journey, all in all I would use again.

Car too old And no AC in car

Our driver was punctual, just enough stops for bathroom breaks, stopped for lunch at a beautiful restaurant, which was a nice surprise. The only reason I have a 4* for the driver (and he was great) is he was talking on the phone almost the whole way.

Service was OK. But the driver tried to plug an extra US$10 for himself arguing that my final destination - the jetty for Alila at Koh Russey - was not specified in my request. It was. It's not about the money; it's the attitude.

Very pleasant trip from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap in a 11 seats private van. The driver drove very safely
