Amazing service. I had an emergency change and bookmebus got me a taxi driver for a different airport last minute. Really nice and accommodating.

Extremely disappointing - your booking service says it is a 4 hour drive, I booked 8.15am for 1pm ferry. Driver didn’t turn up until after 9am & your phones were disconnected. Driver then said it was 5 hour drive, missing our ferry by 2 hours!! Very poor!

Driver was 30 min early and could barely speak English. On the way he got hungry and invited us to dinner at his house with his family which was a nice experience. He drove very good and we got to PP earlier than scheduled. Would recommend

Excellent service. Driver arrived 30 minutes before departure time and called me to let me know he was there. His English was great and he was a great driver.

Would you please ensure a better puntuality and preparation please. 1 hour delay is unexceptable. Moreover, the driver had to stop for a fuel which increased our delay. After, he was lost in a city and we had to take precautions - we almost missed a boat
