I made a round trip from Phnom Penh to Sihanoukville with Mekong Express. The first trip left a little bit late and the van wasn't too comfy but the second one was an improvement and left on time. They also dropped us off directly at the airport.

The bus was comfortable with good seats, free water, decent driver.
