late start and very late arrival. driver constantly on this mobile

Driver drove safely, kept stopping which was a bit annoying & made us hit traffic WiFi didn’t work didn’t get the water promised Van was nice & comfoy big seats, leg room other drivers on the road made it feel a bit unsafe

We paid for a mini van, but were put in bus, which was over half an hour late. Then the driver drived like a maniac, overtaking in many dangerous situations. We took more than 5 hours on a trip that should have lasted only 4 hours. NOT RECOMMENDED!

CTT should make their time schedule realistic. The driver was skillful, but had to drive like a maniac to make any headway against the 4 hr supposed trip, but it still took 6 hrs . The bus from Phnom Pehn to Sihanoukville, turns around . Late both ways

This company did not inform us they are picking up customers from a later time slot and dropping customers at PP airport. Whole journey took extra 1 hr because of the traffic jam from airport to drop off point in PP. All future customers take note.

Bus meant to leave at 12:45 left at 2:30 and stopped no less than 5 times. Will be the last time I use your company after only using your company since I arrived in Cambodia 18 months ago. Terrible experience.
