- The purchased tickets are not refundable
- The border is known as "Poi Pet (Cambodia) and Khlong Luek (Thailand)".
- Passengers should be aware that JA.CHUAN may arrange a transfer to a minivan or another partner bus at the border.
- Passengers are required to apply for an e-visa in advance based on their nationality requirements. Alternatively, they may apply for a visa upon arrival. JA.CHUAN will provide assistance with this process.
- Travel Duration: The estimated travel duration is subject to change due to weather, road conditions, traffic, and other unforeseen factors.
- Seat Assignments: Seat numbers are indicative and may be reassigned by the bus company if necessary.
- Arrival at Terminal: Passengers are required to arrive at the bus or ferry terminal at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- Ticket Exchange Policy: Tickets can be exchanged once, within 6 months of the booking or purchase date. Please notify BookMeBUs at least 48 hours before departure via email at support@bookmebus.com
- E-Ticket Presentation: Passengers must present their E-ticket on their phone or tablet to the company's counter before boarding the bus. Printing the E-ticket is not required.
- Amenities Disclaimer: Please note that we are not responsible for the quality or functionality of amenities provided by buses, ferries, or private taxis.
- Parents may hold infants under 4 years old without purchasing an additional ticket.
- Luggage Policy: Each passenger is allowed one piece of luggage not exceeding 30 kg for buses or 15 kg for minivans, and one cabin bag. Overweight luggage may incur additional charges.
- Refund Policy: BookMeBus does not provide refunds for operator-provided complimentary services such as pick-up, Wi-Fi, snacks, etc.
- Loss of Valuables: We are not liable for the loss of personal belongings or valuables, including purses, wallets, money, or jewelry.
- Prohibited Items: The following items are strictly prohibited aboard the vehicle: Pets, weapons, livestock, illegal products, drugs, or hazardous materials. Strong-smelling food items, such as durian and prohok, are also not allowed.
