Border Crossing and Travel Requirements (Cambodia and Thailand)
Luggage Responsibility: Passengers are fully responsible for their luggage during border crossings and must coordinate with border officers for any luggage-related procedures.
Required Documentation: Travelers must ensure they have the following valid documents:
Passport
Visa (if applicable)
Any other required travel documents
No reimbursement will be given if travelers are denied entry to Cambodia or Thailand due to insufficient documentation. Passengers must ensure they apply for any necessary visas (such as an electronic visa) before the departure date.
Check-in Time: Travelers must check in at the boarding area at least 30 minutes before departure and present their passport/visa information to the bus service provider for review. This is to avoid any issues during cross-border processing.
Immigration Process: Passengers traveling to Thailand must ensure they have completed the immigration process on their own at the border checkpoint. The bus will not wait for any passengers who delay the process, and the operator will not be held responsible if a passenger misses the bus. We advise all passengers to complete their visa application or e-visa before departure.
Immigration Procedures: It is the passenger’s responsibility to complete the immigration procedures at the Poipet Checkpoint (Cambodia) and Aranyaprathet Checkpoint (Thailand). Any delays or issues at these checkpoints are the responsibility of the traveler.

Vehicle Changes – Bus operators may substitute vehicles without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Delays Departure time – No compensation will be provided in the event of delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, border procedures, or mechanical issues.
Complimentary Services – Free amenities (Wi-Fi, snacks, entertainment) are not guaranteed and non-refundable.
Estimated Travel Duration – Travel duration is estimated based on the bus operator’s experience and may take longer than expected due to road, weather, immigration, or other delays.
Infant & Child Policy – Infants under 3 years travel free when seated on an adult’s lap. Children aged 4 and above require a paid seat.
Baggage Allowance – Each passenger may bring one piece of luggage (up to 20 kg for buses or 15 kg for vans) and one small cabin bag. Overweight items may incur additional charges, payable directly to the bus operator at the station.
