HORRENDOUS experience. Risky driver driving way too fast and driving in the wrong lane to pass out cars. Driver had a terrible attitude. Van had zero leg room, was dirty, and had cockroaches and ants all over the seats and floor. Will NEVER go again.
Really good! Left on time, drove safely, breaks were short, and reached Siem Reap from PP after 5 hours 30.
Despite staying within our 20kg limit for baggage, half our group was kicked off the van and had to find additional transport at an extra cost. There was not enough space for luggage of travellers.
Not arrived on time
Prompt pick up and departure. Journey was a bit bumpy but arrived within a good time.
the inspector just disappointed me so much. I paid the ticket with my chosen seat since the night I booked yet when I arrived VGS express, the inspector just move me to anywhere she want just becus other passengers demand for.
I couldn't find the meeting point because the adress given by BookMeBus was wrong. So I missed the bus. Fortunately, people of VGS are very kind and helped me find another bus. We're waiting for a money compensation for the bus I missed...
