Great staff and service ! Thanks again for all the information for my travels to Laos!!!!!

I got where i needed to go. over 5 years

I dont think many companies offer this service. The owner was very thorough in explaining the process and what to expect for fees at the border. This was good. I did get sick from lunch. Communication was difficult but everyone was super friendly!!!

Overall, the journey was fine - we arrived in Kratie at the correct time. However, the bus was overbooked, forcing four passengers to share the 2 front seats, including the driver sharing his seat. This was unsafe and would’ve been unacceptable in the UK.

The bus service was very good. They picked us from hotel in Balung and provided free tuk tuk for hotel drop in Seim Reap. Was on time and comfortable journey. I will recommend this

Used for a trip from Siem Reap to Banlung. Trip was okay, but didn't stop for lunch break as promised and there is also another operator in town for half the price

Driver was rude, drove way too fast, and the van picked up multiple passengers along the way who paid the driver directly (corruption). These people were then squeezed in between other passengers who had paid for their seats. Not acceptable at all.

Arrived ahead of schedule and were informed about the route and details.

Long trip over 6 years

ATV takes the new road to the north Cambodian-Laos border. You are left to cross the border yourself. The Laos side was slow, we waited 30 mins for a TukTuk (thought it would be a mini van) and then 45 mins for a boat to Don Det. Arrived at 7pm.
