The location given to meet the bus was wrong! I arrived and it was completely empty. Thank goodness I had a working phone and my driver could call. I was ala of late because of it. And then the bus was late nearly an hour and no one ever said anything

No phone call before pick up. If you don't call, they will leave you. Pick up point mentioned in reservation is wrong. Van was late. Driver did not speak English. Had to call cambotra and figure out where to board.
