Terrible. Departure and arrival points were incorrectly listed, departure was an hour late, and there were numerous stops. The entire journey took 5 hours instead of 3. There was a terrible stench due to the transport of food waste

Everything was so bad.bad driver, bad customers.He got off the highway at Kampong Speu, which caused us to get stuck in traffic and delayed our arrival by 3 hours.It ruined our trip and we will never use them again.

The bus was much smaller than indicated when booking. The bags had to be stacked between the seats, and the seat allocations when booking werent even available. On the freeway, the driver was constantly looking at his phone and eating food, dangerous.
