Ac was very cold

Bus was an hour late, so we almost missed our flight. Driver was kind enough to drop us off at the airport though.

Comfortable journey, slept ok but the company must of had a delivery of dead fish in the bag hold because all of our travel bags STINK of fish, it’s absolutely disgusting. Shame because the journey was ok but who puts dead fish on a bus? vile behaviour

The bus company couldn't find my reservation because the departure time was strange. But the bus company was very kind and this is a mistake of the bookmebus. I was very angry and upset. I want the proper action of the Bookmebus.

This was a really great option for those wanting to maximize day in Siem Reap.You can have dinner and still make the trip. We were surprised that it was a real lying down option and had an outlet for charging devices. Seats for 2 is 1 bigger bed.

Not punctual: the bus left late. Says direct but we stopped several times. When we reached our destination, they did not wake me. I woke up when we were 35km past the destination. The driver stopped and I had to take tuk tuk back.

Good - the bus departed in time and there was enough space. Bad - Although it is good the bus has A/C, it was not possible to turn it down and we were frozen the whole trip. Bus driver was noisy (singing, talking) and A/C water was dropping on our seat.
