The bus is very old. The door would not even lock and close properly. There are seat belts. The punctuality is there. OK ride, nothing special. The van does not look as nice in reality as in photos.

There was no air con or fans. The seats are very cramped and the passengers' luggage is put into every available gap meaning you have no leg room. The bus arrived and left on time.

Good driver, he is respectful driving on the road. Don’t be late on departure time

I'm unhappy schedule was changed from 930am to 1230pm. Aircond stopped mid way in hot weather! but resumed again after 15 mins. Minivan is just ok. Seats comfortable. Driver is skillful and on time. Can do better with no schedule change and better van
