Today -30/09/2019 we were victims of abuse by the driver of the Bayon VIP bus from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh (1:00 pm). The bus driver started driving like crazy, over 100 k / h while checking his messages on the phone, at times he called or answered calls,

Bayon VIP is the only bus service I use in Cambodia. They always deliver great service and I never had issues with them. They are very helpful and I highly recommend them to all.

Bus was over an hour late. No water provided like it said. Driver played loud music over the speakers over my head even when I asked if he could turn it off ( it was 8pm and some people wanted to sleep). Lately this bus company is getting worse.

They have placed more seats in the car to accommodate more passengers; therefore, the back seats are narrow and very difficult to sit.

Awful travel conditions: we had no room (luggage under our legs), the seats were terrible (no suspension, poor cushion), crazy driver put our life in danger (no seatbelt). Never again!

I appreciate that Bayon VIP called me when we were running late and waited for us. Our tuk Tuk driver couldn't find your location and wasted a lot of time getting there.
