I booked the bus from Phnom Penh to Pursat and set the pick up location to a hotel. 30 minutes before my departure I called the bus company and they said they would not pick me ups however you could select this option when booking.

Everything is ok. The driver was great 👍. The trip was 5,5 hours and we stopped only one times for eat, drink and toilet.

Actually, I booked a VIP Van seats but on the departure time they switched to Country Van without letting me know and the seat that I booked got randomize. IT SUCKS WHEN YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMER LIKE THAT.
