The bus was very ordinary when it comes to the facilities on offer. The driver asked us to keep our luggage in the trunk space of the bus by ourselves. Water bottles were not distributed voluntarily by the inspector.

The driver was rude but the staff on the bus was friendly, but they do not speak English. Had to stop for 30 min because another bus from the same company had an accident and we had to pick their baggage up. Instructions by staff only in Vietnamese!

The bus is quite old and dirty. else the trip is uneventful. Bus Guide can give more details about holding onto our passports especially during border crossing as we are foreigners and not used to having to separate from our passports for extended period.

The inspector wanted to fool us by charging $45 USD per person for the Cambodia visa and acted as if he didn't understand any English. We knew beforehand that the visa costs 30 USD and confronted him with info on the official website. He return excess.
