I requested an E visa. The inspector got me a tourist visa. I'm perfectly capable of filling out my own visa application. Your service is backward and stupid. I won't be returning with Khainam again.

Good trip with no problems

I was sitting between tons of cartons and packages and had nearly place at my feed. What does they smuggle from Vietnam to Cambidia I ask myself. The bus was an old, dirty vehicle.But the trip was ok. The inspector helps us, to cross the border fluently.

Seats are not good as well as the air conditioning are very hot. We were stranded right after we across the border of Vietnam and Kingdom of Cambodia for almost an hour due to aircon fan belt.

Besides cheating guest with 5 usd more on visas , bus is dirty , pick passengers on the say without a seat , they say not speak english, air con broken, terrible

Not sure why drivers keep charging 5 to 10 usd more to customers than the visa rate , and then customers complain they just ignore speaking English and keep the money , bad practice

Driving was good and inspector was very helpful and friendly ...Will use the company again...
