Left something behind the van, went back the next day to ask and was kept safely! Impressed!

The bus seat 2 had a broken seat belt that tore my pants. You changed my bus leaving time. The driver was always passing and beeping and singing to his music on the phone. Pretty bad experience.

Attention under the confirmation link (map with departure Location) there is the right and a wrong address. This is Not acceptable. We missed our bus and issued a complaint. The complaint was fully ignored and we didn’t get any discount for the rebooking.
