Departure was on time. Safe drive, clean bus, wifi works well and seats are comfortable. Good value for the money.

AVOID! If you travel from HCM to Phnom Penh, they will process your visa at the border. But from Phnom Penh to HCM, you will have to do it by yourself and it is a pain! They do not care about you or your safety. The buses are clean but it is not worth it.

The trip was good and so much better than when we read about it in the internet. The bus was confortable, clean with a good ac working well. The driver was arrogant and serious rude most of the time. Looks he didn't liked to be there.

Everything ok except they keep lying offering WiFi , have take that bus 3 times and never have WiFi so no need to lie to customers

Excellent as ever with the VIP bus. Friendly inspector, and very efficient staff at the very erratic and infamous Cambodian/Vietnamese border.

Would not recommend. Constant beeping (on empty roads) so no one could sleep. Driver was always on his phone, refused to let me on the bus at the border (which took me 5 mins and the rest of the bus an hour). Dangerous overtaking.

The driver was excellent, and the bus seats were very comfortable. It took about 30 minutes longer than the smaller vans that I have used before, but was well worth it for the comfort, and it was less expensive too. I would use them again. Recommended.
