The van is comfortable but the seat has bugs that caused my skin to be itchy in different parts of my body.

I booked a minivan, but was told it was full, even though I had payed in advance. I got the option to switch to a big bus, but for the same price. The bus was definitely not up to standard and I feel I payed too much. I didn't have a choice (fully booked)

Most comfortable van I've used. Highly recommended but the van always arrives at destination about an hour later than expected cos the driver picks people up along the way

The driver was good, and the stop was also clean and nice. However, the stop was a bit long.

The car is old and the facilities are broken. The air conditioner and ventilation system don't work, everyone in the car sweat like hell. The company should really check on this.

Driver drove so fast we were scared - in fact, we arrived 45 minutes ahead of schedule with 2 stops. VIP bus nice but crowded and not much space for luggage.
